Service Specifications:

Door to door freight service throughout Saudi Arabia.
Time-definite delivery – usually next business day for major cities and 2-3 business days in the rest of Saudi Arabia.
SMSA Promo Boxes available (10 kg and 25 kg).
Service is available 6 days a week, Saturday-Thursday. (Friday pick-up and delivery available in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam at select locations).
Shipment must be received by 6:00 PM in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
HAL (hold at location) – have your goods held at a service center for consignee collection (optional).
