• Door-to-door service.
• Packages must be received by 6:00 PM in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
• No limitation on the shipment’s total weight (max 32 kg per piece).
• Free packaging available – SMSA Large or Extra Large Pak (for documents), SMSA Boxes (for parcels).
• Service is available 6 days a week, Saturday-Thursday. (Friday pick-up and delivery available in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam at select locations).
• HAL (hold at location) – have your shipment held at  service center for consignee collection (optional).
