Full-time on-site Tele-Sales Executive role in Jordan. Responsible for generating leads, promoting SMSA services, converting inquiries into sales, managing calls and customer records, following up on quotes, and achieving sales targets while supporting customer satisfaction and company objectives.

Identifying potential new customers, creating value propositions that meet the customer’s needs, managing implementation, developing ongoing customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems. Fully understand, drive and promote SMSA vision, culture and values.

Handling customer’s inquiries at the call centre that could be by incoming calls, emails and or any other mode of communication. Facilitate customer needs on the phone for various transactions and ensure customer satisfaction at all time. Fully understand, drive and promote SMSA vision, mission, culture and value.
